A studio for internet characters

We manufacture
characters the
internet falls for.

A look. A voice. A world. A personality with a real wound and a point of view. Bring the spark — our machine builds the character, you write the story it lives in. And you own half of everything it becomes.

The roster

Two characters,
already alive.

Every character off the line gets a locked look, an owned voice, and a world with recurring cast — not a filter, a franchise. Here are the first two.

Character 01 Live Bruno
Bruno
The delusional wannabe-influencer

A street dog utterly convinced he's one reel away from blowing up. Ring-light in paw, fake-gold chain, premium-creator swagger — glued onto a trash-tier reality. Sleeps in a drainpipe. Calls the bin his "clean breakfast." The comedy is the gap he can't see.

Character 02 Live Tiger
Tiger
The zero-filter tomcat who roasts everything

A solid-black alley cat with a housecat's ego and a banian to match. He commentates the whole chaotic building — the pigeon, the neighbours, you — with a deadpan cruelty that's somehow affectionate. Delusion is the family business.

Proof of life

They don't just
sit there.

Every character ships able to move, talk and perform — photoreal and consistent across every clip, in their own voice. A few seconds off the factory floor.

The assembly line

How a character
gets made.

You don't need to draw, animate, or edit anything. You bring the idea and the instinct. The factory does the rest — and then hands you the keys.

1

Tell us the character

Fill the brief — species, personality, the wound underneath, the world they live in. The more honest, the better it lands.

2

The machine builds it

We generate a locked look, an owned voice, and a world bible — a photoreal, consistent character that can appear in anything.

3

You add the stories

Episodes, bits, running jokes, product tie-ins. Keep feeding the world; the character keeps growing across every reel.

4

It becomes real IP

Distribution, collabs, merch, brand deals. A character people follow — an asset you co-own, not a one-off post.

The deal

You own half.
Forever.

This isn't work-for-hire. The character you dream up is co-owned from day one: you hold 50% of the IP, we hold 50%. You bring the idea, the taste, and the stories. We bring the machine that builds it and the muscle that distributes it.

When it grows into something — merch, brand deals, a series — the upside is split down the middle. Your imagination, our factory, shared ownership.

Exact terms are set in a simple co-ownership agreement before anything ships publicly. No fine-print games.

Questions

The obvious
questions.

Do I need to be able to draw, animate or edit?+
No. You bring the idea, the personality and the taste. The factory produces the locked look, the owned voice and the actual clips. If you can describe a character well, you can make one here.
Who actually owns the character?+
You and Charactr Factory co-own it, 50/50, set out in a simple written agreement before anything goes public. You hold creative direction and the stories; we run the production and distribution. Upside is split down the middle.
What does it cost to start?+
Submitting a brief is free. If we take your character into production together, any costs and the exact split are spelled out in the agreement first — nothing is charged before you've seen and agreed the terms.
What kinds of characters work best?+
Animals and sharp, single-point-of-view personalities travel furthest on the internet. The secret isn't the species — it's depth: a real wound, a worldview, a contradiction the audience can feel. The more honest the brief, the better the character.
Is my character exclusive to me?+
Yes. Your idea is co-owned with you and isn't cloned or handed to anyone else. It's a partnership on one character, not a template we resell.
Where do the characters live?+
Instagram-first and India-first — built for Hinglish, reels and short-form — but designed to travel across platforms and into merch, collabs and brand work as they grow.
Your move

Someone's about to
own the next one.

The characters people follow next don't exist yet. Bring the idea — we'll build it, and you'll own half of whatever it becomes.
